သင်ခန်းစာ (၁) - မိတ်ဆက်ခြင်း (စာပိုဒ်တည်ဆောက်ပုံနှင့် စာလုံးအကြီးရေးသားပုံ | 'be' ကြိယာ သုံးစွဲပုံ)
1. Vocabulary: Greetings & Titles
မိမိကိုယ်ကို မိတ်ဆက်သည့်အခါ နှုတ်ဆက်စကားများနှင့် ဘွဲ့အမည်များကို အသုံးပြုကြသည်။ Mr., Ms., နှင့် Mrs. ကဲ့သို့သော ဘွဲ့အမည်များနောက်တွင် မျိုးရိုးအမည် (Last name) ကို ထည့်သွင်းရမည်။
When you introduce yourself, you use specific greetings and titles. Titles like Mr., Ms., and Mrs. are followed by a last name.
- Formal (ယဉ်ကျေးသော): Hello, Good morning, Good afternoon.
- Informal (ရင်းနှီးသော): Hi, Hey, What's up?
- Titles (ဘွဲ့အမည်များ): Mr. (Men/အမျိုးသား), Ms. (Any woman/အမျိုးသမီးအားလုံး), Mrs. (Married woman/အိမ်ထောင်ရှိအမျိုးသမီး).

2. Grammar: The Verb 'Be'
လူပုဂ္ဂိုလ်များ၊ နေရာများနှင့် အရာဝတ္ထုများအကြောင်း အချက်အလက်များ ပြောပြရန် 'be' verb ကို အသုံးပြုသည်။
Use the verb be to give information about people, places, and things.

3. Common Mistake: Dropping the 'Be' Verb
အင်္ဂလိပ်စာတွင် ဝါကျတိုင်း၌ ကြိယာ (verb) ပါရှိရမည်။ 'be' verb ကို ချန်လှပ်ထားခြင်းသည် အမှားတစ်ခုဖြစ်သည်။
The Error (အမှား):
"I happy." ❌ (Missing verb)
The Correction (အမှန်):
"I am happy." ✅
Tip: Every sentence in English must have a verb.
Practice 3: Insert the missing 'be' verb. (ကျန်ခဲ့သော 'be' verb ကို ထည့်သွင်းပြီး ဝါကျအပြည့်အစုံ ပြန်ရေးပါ။)

4. Sentence Builder: Capitalization
စာလုံးအကြီး (Capital letters) ကို အသုံးပြုရမည့် အခြေခံစည်းမျဉ်း (၃) ချက်ကို မှတ်သားထားပါ။
- The first word of a sentence (ဝါကျ၏ ပထမဆုံးစာလုံး). Ex: Hello.
- The pronoun I (ကျွန်ုပ်ဟု အဓိပ္ပာယ်ရသော "I" စာလုံး).
- Names and titles (အမည်များနှင့် ဘွဲ့အမည်များ). Ex: Mr. Smith.
Practice 4: Rewrite with correct capitalization. (စာလုံးအကြီးနှင့် အစက် (.) များကို မှန်ကန်စွာ အသုံးပြုပြီး ပြန်လည်ရေးသားပါ။)
