1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using eflsite.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please do not use the site.

2. Definitions

Terms such as Free Lessons, Premium Courses, Student, Instructor, Administrator, Content, User‑Generated Content, and Services are defined for clarity.

3. Permitted and Prohibited Use

Users may access content and participate in courses. Prohibited activities include illegal acts, harassment, account sharing, and intellectual property violations.

4. User-Generated Content

By posting any content, users grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute it. We reserve the right to monitor and remove inappropriate content.

5. Enrollment & Payment

Instructors earn at least 60% per course sale.
Myanmar payment users must send a payment screenshot within 24 hours to our contact details.
Admin approval is required before course access is granted.

6. Course Access & Extensions

Premium Courses provide 6 months access. Students may request an extension of up to 3 months, at the Instructor's discretion.

7. Technical Availability & Backups

Technical downtimes may occur. Progress resets are rare but possible. Backups exist, and we aim to restore content within 1 month. If irrecoverable, refunds may be requested.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds are available for content loss that cannot be recovered. Requests must be submitted within 2 weeks. Approved refunds processed within 2 weeks.

9. License & Intellectual Property

Instructors retain all rights to their content. Students receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. Sharing is prohibited.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as-is". Our liability is limited to the paid course amount. We are not responsible for downtime or data loss beyond these terms.

11. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from their misuse of the site.

12. Modifications & Service Interruptions

We may update content and Terms without notice. Service interruptions for maintenance may occur.

13. Clickwrap Consent

Users must click "I agree" before enrollment or purchases to accept these Terms.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for policy violations. Refunds follow Section 8 guidelines.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Myanmar. Disputes will be resolved in Yangon courts or by arbitration if agreed.

16. Waiver & Severability

Failure to enforce any part of these Terms is not a waiver. If any provision is invalid, the remaining Terms stay effective.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between users and eflsite.com.
